is this against TOS to do this in ebgs?
It is against the forum CoC to post repetitive threads. Even more so if you’ve been admonished and your previous thread closed.

Whatever they said the last time (even decades ago), it still stands until the Devs decide to post about it to update the rules about it.
Nope. And spamming like this is a great way to lose posting privlages.
i apologize for a repeat thread but i worded the first one totally wrong/let emotions take control and it got locked before i could change it.
instead i asked the question directly with NO feedback like i should have.
NO ONE here can answer what you are asking. IF you want change, post in General or Battlegrounds. IF you have a suggestion, post in General/Battlegrounds. NO ONE HERE can do Anything about your concerns.
If it been asked 1,000 times before, asking 1,001th time won’t suddenly make them change their stands.
just lock this thread and remove my 2 topics completely then.
i would but i cannot.
Is there a place where someone can get clarification on the TOS if something is allowed or not?
I’ve answered this before and yet I continually see folks argue back and forth anyway. Usually people who feel supported by what I’ve said will use it as an “I win” for their argument, and those that don’t will find ways of dismissing anything I say anyway.
Is it against policy to queue at the same time as other people, using out of game methods to try to coordinate? Such as sitting in a voice chat channel like Discord to all hit join at the same time?
There is nothing in our policies that I’m aware of that would prohibit queuing at the same time as someone else. Even if there were, we’d have no way to verify what people are doing in Discord or any other chat program they may be using.
If they were using a third party program to facilitate it, that is another matter and our hacks team would work on blocking, breaking or otherwise detecting it, but “3, 2, 1… hit Join!”.. not so much.
Edit: Please keep in mind I do not speak for our Game Developers. If they are or not concerned about this practice isn’t something that I have information on or can comment on.
They are still interested in feedback that players have about their play experience. So discussing the matter is fine. Discussing what steps you’d like for our Developers to take to try to curb the behavior is great. “I don’t like it, it’s unfair, fix it” doesn’t really help.
We can often help clarify our policies, Idareya, but we’re not usually able to get into specifics, which is what a lot of folks are after. The EULA and Code of Conduct are sometimes intentionally vague in a lot of areas to cover a wide range of prohibited behaviors. Focusing on the spirit of the rules so we don’t get bogged down with a lot of rules lawyering.
Very surprising how this was answered in one day, in like 2 hours or less. Thank you Vrakthris.. and also thank you for your first paragraph. A 4 yr plus+ minimum concern amongst many.
I understand you are facing some very passionate people and sometimes passion can turn into anger and vice versa.
Also got to say it… Get Gud at the game and your individual experience will improve. Not only for yourself, but for others.
But people aren’t just “queueing at the same time”, people are dodging, spying, and exploiting the queue system in order to stack their team. This is clearly not intended, correct? We need real answers man. Pvp needs something.
I’m not entirely certain what you mean by people are dodging, spying and exploiting.
Dodging as in joining a queue and then not entering the game and requeueing to possibly get into a match with others? There isn’t anything against policy there. Spying, I assuming is creating characters on the opposite faction? Again, not inherently against policy, I am not even certain how that would be useful, if true.
The last, exploiting is more of a concern. It is something that our hacks team works to combat all the time. If you believe there is a bug that allows someone to exploit the system, feel free to go through the in-game Report a Bug option found in the Support menu to report it.
If you feel that the system needs to be changed in some way, feel free to provide suggestions in the issues that you see happening and how you believe they should be addressed.
While I would like to leave this open I don’t feel that it will remain a productive discussion so I’m going to close it up.
Thanks, all.
