No one is logging out. Everyone behind you got the memo and is taking the free xfer.

Had the same 30min later I jumped 1000 in the queue
nice im going down pretty quick too
I went from 2k to under 10 in a less than 10 minutes, now im stuck at position 3.

Just get used to it for the next 3 weeks. I was in game and got randomly disconnected. Tried to log back in and had a 625 minute queue. Solid!
