Yes, the hour of twilight dungeons are included in the twilight protocol queue. The bosses drop fragments and the last boss will drop loot from the fragment vendor

The new dragon buffs are great, get to feel extra powerful. The new dungeons don’t use that, or the boss slime mechanic.
Feels so slow to get those over the other options as mythic++ or w/e it’s called
