Vrak has absolutely no say in how loot drops work. They are a Support Forum Agent who helps moderate the forums, not a developer.
Like Darth said if you want the feedback to be heard you can post in General or use the in-game function.
Edit: For what it’s worth, I’m happy it can be sold. I know many people who have bought one and we’re so relieved to be able to do so. It is nice to have options sometimes. You don’t have to pay, they aren’t taking your ability to farm away from you.

Seems like the mount drops for the same goldfarmers everytime, so I am adding them to my ignore list and they will never be invited to any raid I start up. If they want to exploit other peoples efforts for gain, they are not welcome in my raids.
