As of now, the game is absolutely unplayable. Delay, disconnects, bug, etc.
My question is, did anyone address this issue already? Is anyone going to?. Idk where else to post it btw, this subforum seems to the only one that has some blue attention.

I’d recommand posting the tech support forum, folks there could help with internet related issues. You can edit your post and move it to that forum by using the pencil icon on your opening post.

It is not on my side. The whole community of moon guard playing lemix is having issues.
Then it needs to be reported in the bug forums for the dev to look at.

I’m pretty sure they know already. I’m just asking for a little bit of communication regarding the matter, was expecting to get the attention of any CS agent that could, maybe, ask and communicate it here…
THe forums ain’t manned 24/7 and any tech related issues should be posted in the tech and bug report forum. The CS forum isn’t am eans of reporting it.

The blues here arent developers they know a bit more then we do but dont always no no offense vrak and orlyia.

Well, i can’t find anything regarding this topic, so any information would be dearly appreciated, for as small as it may be.

At this time there hasn’t been any. Surprisingly, you’re the first who has come here to even mention there being such an issue on any realm. It is the nature of the beast, unfortunately. We chose one of the most populated servers there is.
Perhaps if things continue to be horrendous, maybe they can shard up but for every person glad of it, someone else starts getting their dander up because of how it can impact RP.
We are only two days into Lemix. Everyone is bum-rushing the content. If you’ve got friends on other servers, perhaps try and group up? Or look for groups on other realms to work on things. They’re not what you want to hear, but it’s all we’ve got at this stage.
I’m sorry it’s not what you want to hear, but that’s the current state of things. Just because there are no Blues posting in Bug Report or Tech Support does not mean the issues aren’t being documented. Devs and their teams don’t post the majority of the time. Our Blues here are SFAs. It is not really in their purview to relay information along. Just keep an eye out on hotfixes or official announcements. That’s about all anyone can do.

Only time devs respond is if they needed further information, that’s it. They will make an announcement or whatever when they want no sooner.

I’m well aware of CS not being in charge of forwarding information but i’ve seen them help other players with a bit of communication before, so i have my hopes up.
There really wouldn’t be anything for the Support Forum Agents to relay unless and until the development team provides them with information regarding the situation.
CS pretty much finds out information at the same time we all do. With that said, if there’s something internal they can relay, they typically will.
For this situation, I’d imagine there isn’t much (if anything) that can be said. Moon Guard is a very densely populated server. A lot of players in one area can cause issues. Legion Remix was highly anticipated and thus brought a lot of players back. It could very well be the only option would be to wait it out for now as the devs and server teams monitor the situation.

It isn’t really a realm specific issue, but one that is impacting several zones in Legion Remix. It is being looked into, some hotfixes have been implemented to help and they continue to work on more as they identify contributing factors.
