Question on 8.3 Patch: (Allied Race DKs)

Hey folks! Sorry if this is a silly question, but I’m asking because I didn’t see it anywhere on WoWhead or in the Patch Info. Can a freshly made Allied Race Death Knights unlock their specific Allied Race Heritage armor?

Death Knights for All Races Preview - WoW

Yes, they can.

All new Death Knight characters will receive the iconic Acherus Deathcharger class mount after completing the introductory questline, with Allied Race Death Knights also receiving their racial mount (pandaren racial mounts will still need to be purchased from a vendor). Heritage Armor for Allied Races characters can be obtained by leveling to 110.

As Ekon mentioned it is stated in the Death Knight blog. Community Manager Kaivax also reinforces that statement in a thread from General Discussion several days ago.
