So Design: Reckless Hessonite requires 1 Hessonite gem to create
but what about perfect reckless hessonite? how to make that?
Basically i’m wondering how to create perfect uncommons vs regular uncommons? Do they use the same mats or no? what is the difference? I searched google for perfect reckless hesonite, and it doesn’t show the recipe to make it…

It’s the exact same as Wrath, as this was introduced in Wrath. Uncommon gems have a chance to proc perfect when cut. There was a quest in Howling Fjord’s first home base that grants the perk. If you hover over the Jewelcrafting button in your Profession tab, it should show a second section on the tooltip if you have it, “Perk: Gem Perfection.”

Vivid Dream Emerald is the only available gem with spell pen and resilience as far as I am aware. 20 Resil and 25 spell pen.
