I was wanting to purchase a sever transfer to play on same server as some friends. I am horde and will be staying horde just switching servers my question is … will i keep my arena rating when doing a server transfer or will the all be put back to 0 thanks for any information!
Here’s a link with all the restrictions that are in place:
I don’t believe that your arena rating is effected when just doing a server transfer.
- Your Arena Rating may change and affect end-of-season PvP rewards. At the end of a PvP season, we recommend that you transfer only after receiving the rewards
That’s under the section for transferring between battle.net accounts though and the OP hadn’t actually mentioned switching accounts, just realms
" Account-wide unlocks
- Your account-wide achievements won’t transfer. Only achievements that are character-specific may transfer
- Your account-wide unlocks will not transfer over to the new account. For example, if you have unlocked Battle for Azeroth Essences, Torghast or Twisting Corridor progress or Shadowlands legendary power recipes on your main account, you will need to unlock them on your new account"
So does this mean if I unlocked it on the character I want to transfer into a new account that is still mine, it won’t follow me?
Or will it follow me if it is something under my characters name that I unlocked?
Also if I purchased Shadowlands Epic on the account that I want to transfer from, will the wyvern follow the character to the second account under the same email? I am aware i would have to purchase shadowlands there first, but can it be basic?
If you are staying within the same Battle Net account (i.e., both accounts use the same email login), then everything will remain the same as it is the same account. Anything at the account level is available to any license on the same Battle Net (within the same region that is).
But you are correct in that the license to which you are transferring will need Shadowlands.
