Still pretty new to phase 2, wanna check can one still need and loot reply-code alpha without having the data disk and quest? Or it works like the heart of magic in EoE and one must have the key in order to loot? Thanks.
the disk is only for opening the door, the reply code works just the same way any other head item does item does, anyone can loot it, 1 per lockout
