Irrelevant because if it were 1v1 and they beat you silly you’d come to the forum and cry for another reason. Oh, that class is FOTM. Oh, why do they let max level beat on newbies. On and on. From one excuse to another for just being ill prepared for PvP.
If you think this is an advantage in any realistic 40vs40 or 20vs40 encounter you’re smoking something.
It may appear to be an advantage in 40vs1 because everything at that point is working against the outnumbered. I could be rolling my face on the keyboard literally and end you with a 40vs1 advantage.
The entire problem is how did it wind up being 40vs1 to begin with.

Yeah, I have seen like 20 druids, almost same names, running in unison around Nazjatar, farming. I decided to attack one for fun, all of them instantly moonfired me to the ground lol, I would say that’s cheating. But Blizz thinks differently
Are you absolutely sure it wasn’t someone using a bot program though? Or are you just assuming it was a boxer? You read enough of these spam threads, it is pretty easy to tell who the folks are that don’t know the difference.
There is no prohibition against the use of third-party software. Multiboxing is a permitted, albeit unsupported play style. Automation is what’s prohibited. As long as one keypress equals one (and only one) action per client, it’s all good.
As far as being smoked in PvP by a multiboxer… again, nothing wrong with that. Even it was 40 v 1.

Does it matter either way? I dont really understand why you are defending either? It is cheating either way. 20 copied characters doing the exact same at the exact same time seems really suspicious to me n9 matter the context.
I didn’t fall back to my ‘spam’, I already answered questions that I didn’t really have any obligation to answer. It isn’t my problem that you don’t want to do the work.
Key cloners are bad for the game and need to be banned. These external programs, some of which require a paid subscription, facilitate the bad behavior we’ve seen time and time again.
Funny thing is that the things anti multi-boxers complain about are the same complaints I have about PvPers griefing outside of war mode. I get told to suck it up Warcraft is supposed to be PvP even outside of the specific area designated for PvP.
The main reason I support multi boxers is I have done it in other games, and I get to laugh as the PvP players get told the same thing they tell me. Deal with it, Blizzard wants it this way.

There’s always this group of people in these threads who believe that if they hem and haw loud enough they’ll get their way. They ignore the fact that people have been beating the dead horse forever and it’s highly improbable that things will change.
The time wasted trying to control how others play could instead be spent enjoying the game, or actually making useful constructive posts.
