Question about Bots

Has Blizzard mentioned this being an issue for Classic Players? It seemingly is getting worse and worse.

I’m not sure if they just don’t understand the issue, don’t want to allocate any resources (i.e. in-game GMs that confirmed to no-longer investigate botting reports), or don’t care.

Gathering around is just a bad joke at this point. In 1 hour I counted 31 characters. 24 were blatant bots (horribly geared DKs with pin point turning to nodes), 3 weren’t DKs but were very suspicious, and the rest were players.

That isn’t even counting AH bots/scripters that are on 18 hours/day sniping accidental posts/buying and reselling.

Edit: Sorry wasn’t clear. Has this been addressed at all? It would put my mind at easy if they even acknowledged the issue.

No, they haven’t. They usually don’t until after a ban wave goes out, but it has definitely become ridiculous this time around.

They are pretending it doesn’t exist. Terrible communication, ever worse implementation. They haven’t done anything and the botters are laughing in their face while more and more players unsub.

What exactly would you like them to say? I’m sure they are aware there are bots in the game.

Most Brackets 58+ are just DK bots. Nobody plays the game and Bobby’s profit maximalism will just burn the game until most quit at which point they might try a very low quality classic + to bring people back.

Not sure how they could miss it with so many spam threads on the very same thing.
