This is nearly identical to one that occurred a few months back ([Quest] Unleash Hell - Loop Infinite), though for me, it was simply taking the teleporter to board the Skyfire gunship and I didn’t disconnect.
As the Skyfire didn’t load for me, I was stuck constantly falling and never reaching the ground since there’s a safety net that’s supposed to teleport you back to the Skyfire if you drop too close to the ground. I was able to see other players running around, so it’s probably something that rarely happens. Naturally, abandoning the quest and even the in-game unstuck service didn’t resolve the issue. And because I had no friends to help get me out of the loop either, a GM had to place me in a city instead.
