When starting the Unleash Hell mission and boarding the helicopter, my character was disconnected. Upon returning, my character fell to the ground and when attempting to return to the ship to continue the mission with the teleporter in the village, the character is stuck in an infinite loop. I had to ask two friends to summon me to continue playing.
