Quest: Step into the Light
Campaign: Chains of Domination
Zone: Bastion

Clicking the Soul Mirror to enter Uther’s vision does not transfer the player to Stratholme. Instead, after a loading screen (and no load progress), I receive the error:
“You do not meet the requirements for the chosen dungeons.
Transfer Aborted: instance not found.”

Attempted it both with and without addons active.
Relogging had no impact.

My character was a level 61 druid.

I’ve run into this very same issue as well.

I am suffering from the same issue. I have tried ALL of the fixes for the “Transfer Aborted: instance not found” issue listed on their website to no avail. Furthermore, if you try to swap to the other quest line “Secrets of the First Ones” the first quest “Into the Unknown” does the same thing when you attempt to get into the chamber to speak with the Primus. Hopefully, Blizzard will see this post and get the issue resolved soon.

Sam here issue, hope get’s fixed as this is major plot questline for SL and should NOT be broken.

Just reached this quest and same issue as described. This issue also occurring with the Call of the Primus quest - Call of the Primus quest bugged- can't continue

I can report this issue is now fixed as well as the Primus quest I mentioned in my last post.
