When I first clicked Tal-Inara to travel to the arbiters chamber, the loading screen got stuck at 0% and never continued. Eventually, the game loaded and put me back in the enclave next to Tal-Inara and in the chat it said “instance not found”. Tried relogging/restarting & this happens each time, so I’m unable to continue this quest line. This happened right before scheduled maintenance and is still happening after maintenance.
Also having this exact same issue occurring in the exact same way.
Quest: “Call of the Primus”
Task: “Speak with the Primus”
Speak with Tal-Inara and say “I am ready to go” displays loading page that after a minute or two drops you back into Oribos.
I see the following messages:
“You do not meet the requirements for the chosen dungeons.”
“Transfer Aborted: instance not found”

Same happening for me.
I just want to get rid of the Quest popping up for me every time I log in even though I am playing Dragonflight content.

Also having this issue as of today (12/1).
I also have the same problem. Every time I log in I get the dialogue and quest for call of the Primus and my dragon isles summary page opens to the shadowlands content. Now I am trying to talk to tal’inara to travel and get the quest out of the way but the loading screen gets stuck at 0% and says instance not found
I’m also having this issue trying to get my evoker through Shadowlands to unlock flying. I have looked all over the internet with plenty of people having this issue but not finding any solutions posted. I contact customer support yesterday and they gave me the standard response. I tried what they suggested but it still didn’t work. I will wait to see what they have to say. If a solution is found I will update this thread.
My current theory is that certain prerequisite quests need to be completed first, but the game provides no information about which ones.

I was able to proceed without this quest and unlocking flying by continuing with a quest I had that returned me to the maw. I can now fly in SL but still can’t complete this quest. I also just hit another wall with the quest “Step Into the Light” where I can no longer proceed with the SL content as it’s doing the exact same thing reported here. I’m now having the same problem trying to complete Drust and Ashes, the final Ardenweald covenant campaign quest chain. Sigh…
It looks like I can ignore the Primus one and just continue on the Chains of Damnation quest chain to at least complete that prereq for flying. Unfortunately I need to be able to complete the covenant campaign for it as well.
yeah I made a separate post for that one as well. I just want to get flying and be done SL

Having this issue as well. Trying to get a new character access to Zereth Mortis and it just locks up every time I try to get to the Arbiter’s Chamber
Chiming in to say that I tried this and I’m getting the same error.
Loading screen, loading bar remains empty.

Each time I click on Tal-lnara to transport me to speak with the Primus I end up on a very long loading screen only to return to my screen in front of her with the statement in chat " Transfer Aborted: instance not found".
Little help please. I have tried completing this quest too many times to count.

Same exact thing happening to me too. I tried to abandon the quest and start again, but no dice. I can’t continue the Secrets of the First Ones quest line at all without this working. It’s been days. Still says Instance Not Found.
I was having issued too though as of today it seems to be fixed.
