The quest: Signal Boost in Stormheim is bugged. One of the Forsaken Deathstalker guarding the transponder is evading all attacks. This makes it impossible to complete the step “Transponder defended.” There are several PCs waiting to complete this step. Any help would be appreciated.
Same thing is happening with me, no matter how close I get to the Deathstalker he will not start attacking me. tried abandoning quest multiple times and still nothing.
Same problem here! In fact i have been experiencing a lot of bugs in the Stormheim quest line. But this one has got me completely stuck.

Me too, tonight totally bugged, is in front of the transponder, avoids attacks, these bats turn up and attack but nothing happens after that, wait, and wait, nothing!
stuck here too. can’t complete the quest line. same problem as everybody else has stated.
This is still happening! Its now May and this has still not been fixed, I think we pay enough to play this game that the bugs in quest lines should be a priority!

This quest is still bugged. I put in a ticket, still waiting to hear back. This is ridiculous.
So frustrating! I put in a ticket as well 2 days ago but it says average wait time is 4 days. It’s still broken! Incredibly annoying that this is unskippable, as it has created a domino effect of being unable to do loads of other content of course.

Can’t finish Stomheim because this is still bugged, so Blizz just going to ignore this and leave the zone broken and unable to complete?
