Quest [Return to the Heart] not work

Hello, I have quest [Return to the Heart] which is not successful. It has no end point …
And the screen to contact a GM in the game is black …
Thank you

Have you done any of the legendary cloak quest line like the first comment on that web page suggests?

Thanks, I’ll check that out!

Edit:
Now I have two quests to go to the chamber of the heart, I have the question marks but there is nothing. I have no more main quest to follow and I followed as best I could help in the comments of quests on wowhead.
Here are the two quests, I really don’t know what to do …

As I cannot go back to my subject, I have to recreate a post … Here is the initial subject and my last message. Thank you

It looks like your solution can be found in the comments section of the quest you linked.

Specifically this comment:

If you have accepted but not yet completed It’s Never Easy, Magni Bronzebeard won’t be in the chamber so you won’t be able to turn this in. You must finish up the It’s Never Easy quest chain, then you can turn this quest in once Magni returns to the Heart.

It looks like your character is currently on It’s Never Easy, so follow through and finish that quest chain.

Ok thank you very much for such a quick response. Sorry I hadn’t seen this comment.
You will agree with me that this is not normal, a quest point to be returned on the map is supposed to be found or it is indicated or not to exist. Finally in 10 years of wow this is what my experience believed.
We understand that our quest log is full to no longer know where to start or what finished, if the directions on the map are not good we can quickly get lost and find ourselves looking for a solution on Google for hours instead of have fun in game.

In any case, thank you very much for your help!

With the introduction of phasing, it is a little confusing from time to time, but is certainly the new normal if you aren’t keeping on your toes about where you’re going.

It helps keep the narrative going for you without breaking immersion and the default world state, but sometimes the narratives conflict and you need to dig around for which one to complete first. Generally speaking, the newest narrative is usually layered on top of the older and must be completed first.

Yes, that’s exactly what happened. I wanted myself not to cut my immersion! But I got lost :). It’s hard to resume a game at the end of expansion
