My lvl 70 boosted Demon Hunter ‘Grydem’ on EU server Hellscream have finnished the harbringer quest and i did finnish the ‘In the Blink of an Eye’, did get the heartstone. I heared a voice saying ‘lucky i found you’, then Nothing gone dissapeared, ‘POFF’. I have looked for him EVERYWHERE but still no quest for the Class hall. Repaired the wow install. Closed all addons. But no. One thing that conserne me is that down in the Halls of the Guardian is that the Rift portal for the Harbringer quest is still there. I have done that quest to the end.

Moving this back because obviously as an EU player you cannot post outside of the Support forums.
Just so you are aware, this has been reported by other players, and I’ve provided examples myself for QA to look into. I don’t have any other information. This seems weird because when I log into the characters I can see the NPCs just fine, but the player cannot. So it looks like a phasing issue, but it doesn’t fully behave like one.

yeah i am having the same issue on my hunter Gorem. i can not pick up the classhall, legion artifact, or hunter campaign quests. i see the row of npc at the landing but not khadgar or anyone that gives the next quest. i completed the harbanger stuff, actually went to level 75 in TWW use hearthstone back to dalaran, i even tried the other dalaran’s and nothing.
