“Rescue the Survivors!” appears to be bugged. All of the NPCs are full health and Gift of the Naaru doesn’t heal them hence not getting credit for the quest. It seems I’m not the only one having problems, I see other people running around trying to find survivors to heal.

yeah as of 11/29/2023 this quest is still bugged like i thought i was losing my mind as i remember doing this quest just fine. back in wotlk LOL
