i’m on my DK i never play & it looks like it’s not resetting now. maybe it’s a sporadic thing?

Probably a fair guess that you didn’t do it last week if you “never play.” Further evidence that it’s only affecting characters who did it last week.

It worked fine for my main, and she did them last week. My mage also did them last week, but hers is bugged this week.
Has been like this since Tuesday…Can get the quest fine, but as soon as you zone, it resets and disappears from the quest log…rinse and repeat…
Posting to say that this is still an issue this evening. Able to pick up the quest, but it disappears upon leaving the event grounds.
It seems to happen for me every time I enter strat with a low level tank, in particular.
The quest immediately disappears for me upon joining a dungeon. It also disappears if I go into another zone or log out. So far I haven’t been able to get a single mark of progression on the quest as it blips out of my quest log every time. This is the only quest from the event that has been bugged for me and only during this last week of the event - which is kinda sad but it isn’t too much of a loss.

Not fixed. Still resetting after a few minutes. I’ve done 3 with no credit.
It is now Jan 3 and this is happening to me as well. Anytime I port anywhere, it disappears. I contacted Blizzard and nothing.

Hey, i was having this issue as well. I ended up finding the quest (when i did not have it), in the adventure guide’s suggested content and for what ever reason that seemed to fix it.

I’ve done this too, but it still failed for those that did the quest last week. I’ve used the adventure guide both in and outside of instances. When in an instance, it gave me credit, but vanished the second I left the instance. When using it outside, it vanished the moment I got into the instance. At least for me, the quest giver/location didn’t matter.

The Adventure Guide fix seems to have fixed with the first toon on my account that I have tried, have made it up to 3/5 on this toon, will try it on the others, but this is 100% positive improvement so far

Just tried the adventure guide trick, picked up the quest using the guide in Orgrimmar, then took the sleigh ride for a Greench run. Soon as I landed I watched the quest disappear from my tracking log.
Bummer
