The Weekly quest “An Original Journey Through Time” simply vanishes when I enter any dungeons. I can’t complete the quest.
I am able to accept the quest again but once I leave the actual “instance” the quest vanishes from my Quest Log.

Same here, I picked up quest from the hut and it dropped from my quest log. Also went into the dungeon and it popped automatically and then still dropped from my quest log.

I also am having this issue. Logging out and changing zones both cause the daily to completely disappear.

Same, I have tried to start it on two different characters. When I complete a dungeon it does not count and the quest giver Bobadormu has the quest again as if i never picked it up. I have tried both them the adventure guide and the quest giver. Please fix this.

I am also having this same issue. Tried to accept quest from NPC and also from the auto-pop in the dungeon but neither one stays in my quest log.

This seems to be an issue since the weekly reset. I’ve tried reloading, exiting the game, logging between characters… nothing fixes it on my end.
Hopefully Blizz can fix this soon!

Yeah I’m experiencing this issue as well. I even tried not picking the quest up and doing a dungeon to obtain it. When I completed the dungeon, it said 1/5. Then, when I left the dungeon, the quest was removed from my log.

Same issue, tried it from accepting the quest manually and I do 1 dungeon and it resets when i leave that dungeon. I go and do a dungeon without the quest it auto gives you quest on entrance and at the end it resets when I leave. Hopefully they can fix before the end of week as its last one.

Same. Thought it was just me so I did the usual caretaking steps, but it persisted. I brought it up last TW run and everyone was like ‘yeah me too’.

Been having this issue too. Even when i pick it up from the adventure guide while in dungeon, it’ll vanish after i leave the completed dungeon.

Knowing Blizzard they won’t. As this is the final week of the anniversary and then Classic TW will be added to the TW event rotation.

Yep, same here. Prob won’t bother with it anymore today, maybe wait for a fix. Then again, I doubt they’ll put much more effort into this event, seeing as to how its the last week of the celebration…

I picked mine up at the anniversary event and I’m just queuing from there, so far I’ve done 2 dungeons and 2 are tracked on the quest, it hasn’t dropped yet.
Don’t know if it makes a difference where you pick it up.

Unfortunately this doesnt make a difference. The moment I zone anywhere else to do anything else during que the quest is removed. One of the dungeons I zoned into (dungeon 3 or 4) was when mine was removed.

Yeah I read this before I queued, so I’ve not moved from the Anniversary quest giver. It appears to be working, for now. We’ll see.
3/5 4/5 so far. 5/5 done. Quest completed and handed in.
