Can't Complete An Original Path Through Time

Quest Bug - An Original Journey Through Time

The Weekly quest “An Original Journey Through Time” simply vanishes when I enter any dungeons. I can’t complete the quest. I am able to accept the quest again but once I leave the actual “instance” the quest vanishes from my Quest Log.
