I always find it interesting in a store if you find a mismarked item… they would honor that… but in game they can misstate whatever they want and screw you. Good old blizzard.

woah woah woah a mismarked item would mean a refund. Randomly rolling something you dont need is called blizzard gameplay.

How is this CONFUSION ? You say one thing and do another just to sit there and patronize us. Since when did apologizing give back the time spent completing this every week just to have collected 10 sigils of Worthlessness .I’ve been getting sigils on 4-5 toons because the reward was a Warlord’s Trophy but now I just waste my time on collecting irrelevant items that provide no upgrade to any of my characters. The intent was to knowingly place something of worth just to watch people do it every week knowing it was wrong but to not fix it until someone complained enough about it. Sick game Blizzard plays with it’s customers . It’s time they finally pay for the mistakes they’ve made over the years. Don’t re-sub and stop playing Blizzard games. They are like Bethesda and EA . They say Confusion when it wasn’t confusion on our part it was their ignorance. I have people in my life that are like Blizzard. Always wanting to be right , never taking responsibility/accountability and thinking it will just go away on it’s own.
They know that those who’ve played for years won’t quit because it would be a waste of money so keep paying to play . 55 hrs left on my sub and I’m done. I have a laundry list of crap that has been complained about on YouTube videos and in posts that they refuse to give a clear answer for . There is no content that makes me wanna continue paying this sub.
Maybe if enough people complain that there will be a fix but I doubt it since Blizzard no longer adhere’s to their Mission Statement.

We would be an extreme minority share holder if that was the case.
Blizzard needs a little vision. Like how Ford compiled the automobile while there was no market researched demand for it. A sort of, “if you build it, they will come”, situation.
They need to realize that just because a minority of players enjoy rated arena at the moment, doesn’t mean there couldn’t be a demand for it. (If they actually invested in it)
TLDR; if you actually cared about arena then the demand for it would appear.
