Kind of annoying to have capped honor and can’t spend it. I wish someone knew of a fix? Is there some quest in the area that is causing a phasing bug that if I completed it we’d be good? Is anyone able to see or interact with PVP vendors? What’s different about the people that can get gear? I see tons of people in the BG’s with gear purchased.

Is this where you upvote? Does Blizz even pay attention to these forums?

It’s layer based it looks like some folks are able to buy the gear on different layers others the vendors are bugging out try to jump to another layer

They are still present and working, though the rapid blinking in and out of existence is still happening, and only starts when I actually enter the room. Everything appears fine if I stand directly outside and look in

As for questing, in the surrounding zones for the Alliance vendors I have:

-Completed the Valley of Four Winds up to Stoneplow and the Hidden Master, but have NOT done the finale where the giant kunchong breaks through the wall as I haven’t done the Krasarang Wilds quests
-Have not yet fully unlocked Golden Lotus dailies
-Have fully opened up most of the Klaxxi dailies, but have not yet done the quests in Soggy’s Gamble or on the island past the Briny Muck

Since vendors are working for some people, consider adding context in this other thread and maybe we can find the root cause. I personally submitted a help ticket and blizzard refused to assign a human to it. I keep getting cut-and-paste responses. Pretty disappointed with their lack of engagement fixing this. PVP is the only reason I came back to MoP and this is a firm shut down of that entire aspect of the game. =(

People are asking in LFG for layer invites and it’s working earlier in layer 1 if you had the world buff addon , it showed what was available. On streams too people were on different layers near the npc

This sadly isn’t available or working on our realm. “Only” Layer 1 and it’s the layer with the issue. =(

Based on guidance from several threads, I was finally able to get the vendors to phase correctly and interact with me. The steps I had to follow:

• Portal to SW
• Portal back to Panda
• Fly myself through VoEB
• Take path of wall to Vendors
• DO NOT cross into Dread Wastes, stay on VotFW side of wall
• Carefully edge toward PVP Vendor

After 30 hours of being unable to spend honor I was finally able to interact with them normally.

For horde I can see the vendor, but when I click on the vendor icon nothing happens. This worked for me yesterday on my first 90, but my second is experiencing this bug.
