While on the wall looking at the vendors zone into dreadwastes or valley and back to the wall a few times, fixed it for me phases are wonky
Phase I am in right now these dudes are flickering in and out…
And everyone knows if this was the Justice vendors Blizzard would have had a fix 2 days ago.

Been going on for multiple days now. Sometime they’re there but you can’t trade with them and something they’re not there.
It’s a 12 year old expansion we pay monthly for and it still doesn’t work yet. I encountered multiple bugs while questing too. Joke of a company
