But the point still stands current system is not friendly too alts. Near the end of WoD I had 17 toons that were full conquest geared, I liked being able to switch between each one if I got bored with each of them.

I played every spec because it’s fun. I still played WW s1 of WoD when they were bottom of the barrel and only BrM was useful, some people just like playing alts.

Monk is the only reason I played past cata, and I already know classic isnt my fancy. I already hate the grinding now. However classic was more about the journey and world, nothing like the treadmill they have now

Yea, think some forget this. Either way, adapt or move on. They seem to be trying to revert more to Classic ways than ever, like earn everything on each toon.

Right? Instead now we go pve for quick few hour (probably longer) basic sets. So much better :roll_eyes: if you want a basic set for PvP through PvP it would take 10X as long.

The bonus of classic will also be that there is an end. No continuous grind… Some people might get bored but honestly alts will be the way to go at that point.

Never said you had to. You didn’t have to do ashran either. The reality is though if you want a basic set now it’s 10X or more faster to do through pve.

Eh maybe. I prefer randoms/rbgs and a few world quests. Haven’t stepped a foot in mythic+ and still do just fine.

Eh almost any level of mythic will give better gear. It also has the awesome side effect that if you do it with friends you can give their alts any drops you don’t need. Super fast and good.

As a side note you probably could do a 10+ at some point. A lot of my friends can’t hit 1800 but 10+ is easy for them. Any higher than that is tough.
