This is reassuring to see tbh. May not agree with all of the changes but the fact that they are already tuning the set bonuses down is a good thing. Otherwise the first two to three months of the season are going to feel pretty awful for those who arent lucky enough to get set bonus items early on.
Awesome changes! What i love to see. This appears to be the first of many blanket 40-50% nerfs.
