Why can’t I see changes that apply only in PvP?
How is there not a list?
What kind of indie game is this?
How is anyone involved in developing this games PvP that stupid as to not track this?
How is it easier to find 2 year old posts about people saying this same thing than it is to find any kind of actual tracking of PvP-only modifiers to specs/abilities/survivability?
How is anyone okay with this tremendous failure of common sense in PvP?
Can blizz figure it tf out? Is it complicated? Am I missing something?
hmm

Is that the best back peddling you can do?
Are you surprised these things actually exist and aren’t very well tracked?

Are you really that stupid dude? no offense. this gotta be a jebait thread.
I, too, was disappointed by the lack of in game info about pvp modifiers when I was getting into pvp. I believe you can see the actual raw ability numbers if you queue into a bg or arena, but it’s still hard to compare that way. There really should be a central location where all these modifiers are stated, if not in game then in a continually updated forum post or something (maintained by Blizzard).
Regardless of the op’s intentions, this is an annoying problem that should be fixed. The tooltips as they are are misleading.
