Items not showing up in item restore help

I accidently deleted the wrong belt and item restoration wont show anything. it says the items are there like it says “showing 1-10 of 781 results” but its all blank. I tried on 2 seperate browsers and cleared cache and cookies.

Here is a link from today for the same issue being resolved in this forum. Is there a reason one person was able to be assisted and not another?
