I have accidentally disenchanted my PvP tier shoulders (Gatecrasher’s Enduring Effigy). I tried to use the item restoration, but it is currently not working. I opened a topic here and it was moved to bug reports, but missing tier shoulders gives me a significant disadvantage in PvP until the situation is resolved. Is this something that can be handled by a support representative? Thanks.
The CS forum isn’t the place for this. The folks who handle bugs and issues are in the bug reports forum, which don’t get replies from support unless they need more info.

No, I’m afraid not.
That is why the thread was moved to the Bug Report forum so our QA and Dev Teams can look into the issue folks are having using the Item Restoration page. 
The sooner they can figure out what is causing the issues and sooner they may be able to implement a resolution that will allow you to use the Item Restoration page. More samples help with that.

Here is a link from today for the same issue being resolved in this forum. Is there a reason one person was able to be assisted and not another?
They didn’t do anything - they didn’t post that they found it, nor anything related to it beyond asking what char and item.

This comment heavily implies the item was restored.
You’re inferring it was done by staff on the forum. The Blues here ain’t a bypass to the ticket system that the GMs are contacted by.

I can’t create a ticket. Any mention of item restoration during the ticket creation process leads me to a broken item restoration page, not the creation of an actual ticket. Hence why I am here. I am not sure why you are jumping in on this, anyway. This issue doesn’t pertain to you at all.
This is a player to player forum, so any player in good standing may reply. Most folks try to provide advice and direction on various issues.
As for the previous link, I can’t speak for that sample, what happened and under what conditions.
I can only give you my recommendations on what to do, which is to report that the Item Restoration page is having some issues in the Bug Report forum so it can be looked into.
Now, before this becomes a back and forth exchange with others, I’m going to close the thread.
