So the season didn’t end when it was supposed to, just like it did in SL. Seems like this guy got bumped from the solo shuffle cutoff because people were still able to queue past the cutoff time. Contacted customer support in game and he was told to make a forum post about it? Ladder is supposed to be snapshotted at the cutoff time, and then that’s it. Last time this happened, even though it was past the cutoff time, people were still awarded the r1 title. Any idea what’s actually happening with this guy’s title?

Seems like Wrath on EU had the same issue but it was addressed almost immediately. Some people here are still asking about their title because they were knocked out of range after the cutoff time
