This happened to a guild member of mine as well - Mikemfdragon. He had the rating/rank when the season was advertised to end, then Blizzard FAILED and not only let the season go almost an hour beyond 10pm PST, but appears not to have snapshotted the ladder at the intended cutoff time either. This is beyond unprofessional and has destroyed the single sliver of trust I had left for Blizzard.

Action needs to be taken to rectify this.

As the best knight of death on all of bleeding hollow, I have the authority to declare this a disgrace upon the game and our community. Blizzard needs to break the silence, people’s hard work is going to waste because of a complete mishap. Why haven’t we heard from Blizz? #JusticeForHomunculus

Really hoping they address this, especially since they took care of this same issue back in Shadowlands S1. My boy Homunculusx deserves to be a Crimson Legend.

It’s simply not fair. Why do they get to play fast and loose with the rules? The season should have been treated like it ended at 10, no questions asked. Our boys deserve their titles, they earned them.

I would like to second this post of earning the Crimson Legend/R1 RSS Title, but not receiving the proper reward. I was passed in the rank/rating well after the season was scheduled to end (May 1st at 10pm PST).

I submitted a ticket that a GM replied to in a timely and genuine manner. The summary of the response is that this situation is out of a GM’s hands and that they can do nothing about it without the help of a Game Developer (which seemed like that wasn’t a possibility?).

Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of the ladder. Although, I do have a screenshot of my rating and rank at my local time of 1:32 am, 32 minutes after the scheduled end of season (says I cannot attach to this post…)

Thanks for the Miller Lite, but I prefer Bud Light Limes next time.

I made a post, I’d also say try their Customer Support forum section. They get a ton of blue posts there. Council will just have a blue read it and then they’ll pass it along to someone else. At least posting it there gets more eyes on the issue as well. You won’t get much response here, kind of rare.

Thank you for responding and for your post. My next step was to make another post in that section to hopefully get some attention on the issue from the devs, and ideally a blue post to clarify what happened with this season.
