Lmao hadnt fixed since launch, lvled & hopped in arena. I think its nameplatecds overlapped with neatplates debuffs 
had it sorted in wotlk

Lmao premade gladdy profile, lots of unnecessary info I gotta turn off. The nameplate debuff & cd addons just overlapped didn’t take the time to fix yet since prepatch hit 85 and jumped into arena instead
