Seems like Blizzard is lying about queue times. Day after day of estimated queue times of 8-10mins (horde side) only to be waiting 20-60+mins. This happens on all my 90s, tried leaving queue and re-queuing (assuming queue glitch), reloading, etc. Nothing works. Tried queuing today and got one bg in 3 hours. Seems to be getting worse. So yeah, give us a real estimate or just give up and remove the time estimates for pvp altogether.
This happened to me as well Alliance side. It said 8 minutes, was in queue for over an hour and ended up logging off before it popped. It wasn’t even just a random bg but the call to arms.
If it said “3 hours” I’d at least know what I am getting myself into before I queued. Instead I wasted time waiting. At least I got my raid food mats.
game is dead, only 1 or 0 bg exists at a time
you can check with /who on the various bgs
Thanks, I hadn’t thought of that. Guess I can at least check to see why the queue is taking so long (ie., if the estimated timer is a lie) based on that method.
If you queue specific bg, you will have a much longer wait time than just queuing random. Casual bgs just aren’t active enough to give reasonable queue times for specific queues.
