If no then it is not being exploited in the terms of " take advantage of a flaw in a computer system, " but is instead the simple act of “make full use of and derive benefit from (a resource).” Which mind you does not fall under the same catagory of exploitation that gets blocked as a form of cheating.
Is it unfair for me to fight another hunter and win because I know how to use the appropriate tools and limitations given to both of us? No that is not unfair.
