more then 15 to join SS or Blitz. None even queue in LFG to 3s or 2s.
DEAD
I sat in a 40m que on a dps for ss last night brother. The fact of the matter is if you want to actually play during ‘low activity’ times of the day you need to que as healer. Otherwise just wait until most of NA is done with school/work, and isn’t sleeping.
I mean back when Dragonflight first gave us RSS it was like 45 minutes to an hour for DPS to get their queue to pop. If you are getting it in 15 now I would say that is an improvement.
Healers get insta pops seems like a skill issue
Why whould i queue as healer, if i go 5-1, 4-2 i get 30 points. If i go 3-3 i got zero and mmr drop. If i 2-4 i get -50 ~ -60. Healing SS is a waste of time.
It’s been 30-35 minute qs for the last few days.
that’s what happens when there are no hard counters and every class feels just about the same, just a boring flavorless action RPG
no amount of percentage tuning is going to fix this expansion
Maybe something should be done to fix that, as well as several other issues, to encourage healers to play the mode. Maybe its not pvp that is dead but instead just the mode that is miserable for 1/3 the entire playerbase, but still needs that 1/3rd of the playerbase to function.
Wednesday at 10am btw…
IT is definitely not the highest pop, but its also the time when most of the country is at work.
Here’s a radical idea: only healers should have CCs that are spammable and last 5 seconds or longer. This immediately would change the entire arena dynamic. Coordinating with your healer is required for setting up kills. Make cross CC great again.
It is Wednesday at 7:30 am, people don’t usually q up ye olde wow arena at this time.
Actually I think what they should do is remove 90% of instant CC, or at the least dramatically change is so there is no instant CC in the game that lasts longer than 3 seconds. Then actual casted CC, fear/poly/clone/sleep/hex/etc will last 7-8 seconds.
After that completely 100% remove all micro CC. You can keep your Ring of Peace area denial for example but it won’t cancel a spellcast. All forced movement would still allow spellcasts to go through meaning you have to actually use real interrupts and risk get punished by juking.
Now suddenly you can get a stun lock combo, but with the longest being 3 seconds you will only get 1-2 GCDs so you won’t be solo bursting someone in them, but you will get rewarded for your casted CC while at the same time you actually have to interrupt or CC a cast instead of just displace them to delay the cast.
Suddenly casted CC is more rewarded, interrupts are actually necessary and you can’t shut someone out of the game from 100-0 with insta-cast garbage that you need a crystal ball to outplay.
youre just admitting you wanna play on ez mode
Dflight says those are rookie numbers
cant get deader than 30min + ques during prime time reset day in dflight
I’d suggest pressing refresh. I find lfg games all the time. One guy even offered to please me in ways against the tos because i sanc’d him 3x and hoj’d an hpal running at him.
It was awesome!
Yes, PvP is dead.
That is what you get, when you need 4 weeks to realize that MMR system is outdated and you can’t push, so everybody already left. In the following 6 weeks they still haven’t realized, that its still not enough MMR so they need to fundamentally change the system to a dynamic one, adjusting itself.
And after 10 weeks, we still have quite popular specs like Rdruid, Rshaman, DK, DH and WW at the bottom of the tier lists, nearly unplayable the higher your mmr gets.
So yes, people wait either for the end of the season to push, or don’t push at all, because the glad mounts aren’t even worth it to get. They look so ugly that nobody will sweat to get them!
Sorry if I hurt your feelings dear devs, but its true!
*more dead
With what you suggest interrupts would need to be on a much shorter cooldown, or lock outs last much longer
Well, well, well.
That is what casted CC is for and why I said those would be a solid 1-2 seconds longer meaning a full chain would be 8-4-2 instead of 6-3-1 for an extra 4 seconds total. Add to this that personal survivals should also be gutted and you would fine real quick that it’s more than enough time to drop someone.
