it is amazing how everyone is only reading this post and none of the others. This whole conversation was based off of me saying mage needs water ele. And then styls telling me mage does no damage with spellfrost.
Mages do plenty of damage. yes they get obliterated by hunters. Hunter hard counters mage in sod. Just like mage obliterates melee. But even then a hunter can still die in a deep.

Nothing in this game should obliterate anyone. SoD has the potential of balancing out classes and we should advocate that. If Mage was OP I would complain too. I don’t want my class to play for me
It should. There is nothing wrong with having bad matchups in an MMO, THis is not a 2d fighting game and PvP should not be perfectly balanced around 1v1s.
Once my spellfrost starts to hit harder then 600. I’ll be happy… lol
shoulder enchant might be out before I get exalted with ZG. lol
Unless it’s a tank vs melee of course.
Hunter liquifying anything in <mail is perfectly good gameplay though.
