These are the vibes that I get whenever I participate in rated PvP. Even playing in the 2700 bracket, it feels forgotten about.
Honestly, I wish that we could get another Ashran. That was the kind of PvP content that left you engaged.

Just wait till Dragonflight 
PvP is barely an afterthought in DF and is basically being phased out without officially doing so. Dragonflight is a pure PvE game, it’s an ARPG.

Sincerely hope this isn’t true and you’re just being dramatic.
You can start reading here where a few people are discussing it. Sorry but DF PvP is in an unplayble state currently with no possible fix because they abandoned it to deliver Draonflight the true APRG experience to bring back the players.
DF will be fun in PvE because you are broken OP and can walk over stuff with unlimited power like you are playing PoE. However how is PoE’s PvP? Get the picture.
I been on Beta and just laughing at how broken stuff is. Like more broken then you can imagine. Which is why PvP has been soft phased out.

Yea I mean this is a business decision. They are trying to save WoW and you do that by making a beautiful game, open world and tons of content for PvE players.
However all the effort to make PvE great has an opposite effect on PvP. People will realize it soon. PvP just won’t be playable for a long time if ever. Because if Dragonflight is received well because of it’s PvE they will only focus more on it.
PvP in this game is done.
PVP is good in WOTLK but DF it looks like a travesty
Gearing up in ashram the first week it came out was the most fun I’ve had in pvp in this game. I could stay in for days and it felt like it never ended. Then the fun police came and ruined it…. And it was never giving crazy gear…. Just honor gear but it made playing Alts through pvp fun.
I bet you they are real proud of what ashram has become.

Disagree there, that is why we were backdooring Vol to get BiS socketed Trinkets. You couldn’t get them at vendor. It was a good time to be human.
Had a 154k Shield Slam on the Raid dummy. Working on my Glad Stance build. Blizz soft inserted it into DF or perhaps just happy accident. So Prot feels like a Rogue in rotation. It has 3 stuns, big burst and super fast APM. It definitely in a solid place.
Playing with professions now they are kinda crazy and will have a big influence on PvP. Just crafted my unique 3 socket neck with extra modifier.
Lets be clear. You don’t have to be a super genius to figure out what DF is and what it is not. If you think I’m trolling about DF then bookmark this thread and revisit it after launch.
here’s the thing; i dont care. im not chasing some ridiculous meta, im not trying to be in the top 0.1%, i don’t care about the gladiator mounts.

part of the problem with this whole thing is when people like you come in and spew nothing but doom and gloom before the stuff even has a chance to be fixed.
yes, they ARE rushing DF out the door, because they know that overall, we didnt like shadowlands. so some stuff is getting set aside. it happens. every. single. pre-patch. heck, it’s even on the normal patches too.
at the end of wrath, in the cataclysm pre-patch, protection paladins were losing aggro to feral druids; something that had never happened up until then.
going into dragon soul, arms warriors could enter fury specialization, equip their off-hand 2h they had in their bag, and swap specs back. and they’d retain the second 2h weapon in it’s entirety. the damage, the stats, everything.
im sure we can find more examples if we dig, but those are two i know off top my head.
but, the stuff got fixed, things got fun, and it worked out.
on the other hand, balance druids were dealing 3x the damage of the next highest spec, and got “balanced” so hard they aren’t even in the top three now.
so, before you start doomsaying and letting garbage fall through your fingers, into your keyboard where happen to be unfortunate enough to come across it, you stop the nonsense, or smash your keyboard with a hammer so no one else finds out how low effort your trolling is and makes fun of you for it.
