Hi, I have the loser “Starter Edition” for lack of money.

My question is: Where can a Horde character, Level 20 buy PvP gear?

BTW, there is an ALLIANCE PvP gear vendor for low level. I thought there would be one for Horde. This is my first Horde character.

Hmm you might not be able to post there with a starter account. Currently World of Warcraft is split into two versions:

  1. Retail WoW: Battle for Azeroth (the modern, 2019 version of the game)
  2. Classic WoW (A legacy version based on the original, 2004 version of the game)

You’re currently in the Classic-version forums.

Anyway about your original question, there is no pvp-specific gear available at level 20. If you’re searching for some strong gear I suggest running some dungeons (Deadmines, Shadowfang Keep)

Thanks I’ll look for him. Also, How can I access the Classic WoW? I know that it exists. Is it on dedicated severs and do you know their names?

There’s an instance portal for Warsong Gulch in the northern Barrens, right at the border with Ashenvale. Mor’shan Ramparts, I think it’s called. There’s a vendor there that sells low level pvp gear, but you have to earn a few ranks or rep before getting to buy any of it. My memory might be rusty. It HAS been 15 years after all :slight_smile:

Thanks. I was just up there but didn’t see anything you mentioned. I’ll go back and take a closer look. I didn’t see the portal, nor did I see the PvP vendor when I was just there, 10 minutes ago.

I’m not sure if it still exists in the modern game. It’s for sure there in Classic; I went there last night before sneaking into Ashenvale on my way to kill elves in Darkshore. <3

The portal and vendor isn’t in the actual Mor’shan Ramparts area, it’s up a hill a bit south of the flight master in an area called Mor’shan Base Camp. Just follow the road south of the ramparts and take the fork with the horde banners.
