Thank God for all these videos. Maybe Blizzard will see the light and fix it. Just go back to WoD, MoP, Cata, or Wrath to see something that worked. At this point, I would settle for TBC too.
Ion is cancerous for class design and PVP.
Chances are, they will do something to fix this, but he will add some sort of RNG to the system to get even with us for complaining.

Please @blizzard I understand that you want to incentiveās PVP players to do PVE, and honestly I agree with this philosophy in some cases.
The incentive of dope special PVE weapons, tier sets, or trinkets is plenty enough of a reason for me as a primary PVP player to go out and do some PVE content.
But please, let that be my choice, so many pvp players will quit just like in BFA if they cant simply grind their proper stat priority gear through PVP!
I played DK in 8.3 and it was terrible being forced to grind PVE just for haste, versatility gear made me hate doing mythics.
Instead of creating a fun alternative activity for my normal rotation, I loathed doing mythics for this reason!
Give us the choice of how we want to gear our characters please!

We asked for a pvp stat since they remove pvp stats and look at us now, killing dragons and being happy right? 
Remember when we had to farm 2 sets of gear to do pve and pvp? Now it is much better we only need to farm 6 sets and all of those sets are aquired in pve. Wait no its 7 sets, 6 for pvp and 1 for pve, my bad. Make total sense, do pve to pvp and do pve to pve.
Cant wait to pve in Shadowlands and completly ignore battlegrounds cause why the hell would i do 700bgs when i can only do like 5 mythics in a day to be full gear?
Anyway i did not play much in bfa except leveling toons because i didnt want to farm 24/7 a content that i didnt like to play 1h of content that i likeā¦ And looks like it will be the same in SLā¦

Iāll keep bumping these videos till we see changes. This is insanely unfair and absurd. Stoopz made a great point by also showing that DHās forum post on how long it would take for him to obtain the honor just to get M+0 190 ilvl gear.
Also as he said, āWhen you design a game, a product, its about what solves the issue for the consumerā.
We just want to have fun again in the content weāve loved for Years.

We want to love playing the game, and my favourite activity is PVP.
For the past 4 years PvP gear is gated behind content I do not prefer, a lot of content I do not prefer.
PvP for PvP gear. That is what I want to do without feeling like I should be doing PVE instead because it is a faster and better way to gear.

My proposal is to lower the amount of honor/conquest needed to acquire pvp gear and also raise the gear ilvl.
This shouldnāt be an issue right now after the joke we got on BFA, getting PVP gear has to be the same as getting PVE gear, what is so hard to understand??? there is people who only wants to play pvp and donāt have time or doesnāt want to even do PVE.
Please for the love of your game, Blizzard, donāt let us down on this. I quitted every season on bfa because I wanted to play pvp only and I couldnāt because I had to do PVE. I know that many people feels that way.
Remember to not buy the new expansion if you havenāt already got suckered into pre-ordering it. Donāt even buy it at launch if they still havenāt fixed these issues. Cancel your subscription and make sure to tell them why you did it.

When I first found out the PvP gear vendors with scaling PvP gear from WoD was removed in Legion, I had a bad feeling already. There was nothing wrong with WoDs pvp scaling gear imo. It was amazing and a good example of dont fix what isnāt broken. Nonetheless I stuck through Legion anyway and figured surely it would be fixed next expansion right? Boy was I wrong, BfA only made it worse!! Now Iām getting that same feeling going into Shadowlands. What is irritating is that they have the vendors but no seperate stats on them and subpar stats at that. Might as well name the vendor āWe trolled all of youā. We can voice our opinions in hopes for change and we definitley should. Keep bumping this, tweet devās, reach out to popular streamers and try and get some weight with our voices. Changes can still happen but we have to speak up!
Thread started in 2017, and still weāre here. Iām letting my sub run out the moment SL prepatch hits unless I see some huge changes in regards to pvp gearing. Everyone who values PVP in this game should do the same.

Amenā¦ I currently have zero incentive to do BGs and my favorite content to do in the game is BGs and arenasā¦ So I do a few BGs for fun (I know some dev is shuddering at the idea of fun) then realize Im wasting my time and need to grind better pvp gear in pve and then end up quitting again. Repeat the loop.

When they get an influx of written summaries theyāll just say they want literal written summaries mailed to them, at which point theyāll keep losing those letters somehow.

Yeah PVP gearing is still going to be bad in systemlands. Not good.
Lets hope the great unpruner is listening this time around.
