So, the rewards are very low and harder to get anyway compared to PVE rewards… the changes are ok, but WHY CAP US??? PVP have to grind really hard to get those rewards anyway… now we have to wait 10 weeks to get 400 gear?! /boggle

Wait so you think running a few bgs is harder than running heroic raid or +7 mythic dungeons?

I don’t want templates, but give me the best gear for doing the easiest content.

depends. bg’s fail about 50% of the time. you gotta get to some pretty item gated pve content to reach that.

No but doing AOO weekly and WF and emissary are much easier

you can walk into a heroic raid or +7 you have done before and know with absolute certainty that you will be clearing it, however you can queue for a random BG, get one you have done hundreds of times, and you will still have no idea what the outcome will be from the start.

the only reason bgs seem easier than pve content is the fact that there is a guaranteed winner(usually), you don’t have a competing raid team in pve that will get loot if you wipe.

And, think about how many BGs you have to WIN if you aren’t doing rated to get 500 conquest, how imagine as ally you lose about 6-7 out of 10 most days… Im just saying, let us grind it if we want… its torturing no one but ourselves

Do other casters get a choice on weapon this week? My spriest could choose staff or 1h previously. This time I have one option, a staff.

If you get to 1400+ rating, the chest should give you 395 item level. Is that correct?

I’m sorry but I’ve never heard competent PvPers complain about the time it takes to hit a certain iL (they just complain about wanting a vendor). If you’re good at PvP and play (exceed in rated play) then you will be showered in satisfactory iL at a fair rate. If you choose to pay off a loan with only just the minimum payments (sticking to random BGs) then yeah, expect a long long painful road.

This is just another form of time-gating. Actilizzard needs to string your sub out as long as humanly possible to get every last penny from you before you get fed up and quit.

Eh sorta. Pvpd at 2.1 for a while and got maybe 2 pieces in 5 weeks. Not really a satisfactory rate.

I also would rather I didn’t get a higher ilvl than the 1400/1600/1800 brackets. Ilvl difference shouldn’t exist in PvP… Skill>gear.

WOD gearing please. Equality + progression = great system.

Yea I’d say conquest is easier than ever for casuals :joy: (except if you did arenas casually? That seems to take forever).

I think there are other issues they don’t realize are contributing to their frustration…

Think about this though… the new “schedule” only allows for one piece of 385 gear per week for… I believe 9 weeks, then you can work on the 400 stuff. Today, I logged into my main and the Tort emissary is do 4 quests and get a 385 ring or trinket… how tell me, how is it right that we grind 500 conquest for the same reward? AND are capped on our time frame… see my point a bit?
