As a necrolord, at the seat of the Primus your inn-keeper sells Lukewarm Tauralus Milk (40,000 mana over 20 seconds), I can’t say for other covenants, but I imagine there is something similar.

Not all waters work. Ambroria Dew from Oribos is bust, works in bgs but not arena.
