Kinda wild to me that our ST got nerfed so long ago due to havoc, but havoc was base line.
Now it’s not baseline, and even then it doesn’t copy all the damage we do anyways like it used to.
Whack.
With other classes having so much funnel nowadays, I think they’ve done a pretty decent job this tier balancing our single target and havoc.
I do think that havoc being 12s baseline instead of 15 from last expansion feels bad. Moreover, I think havoc being on the gcd with no immediate damage interaction contradicts their non-damaging ability philosophy while also making it feel even worse.
