3 hour que times this late into release is silly… Especially when playing on the Alliance side who make up about 30% maybe less? of the servers population… Vanilla was never meant to have this many people playing it at one time… The map isnt large enough to hold several thousands of players anyway. At the very least give whats left of the Alliance on this server the opportunity to Xfer to where ever they want.

It would not be so bad if Alliance got faction first logins while Horde have to wait… Its their side that has this server bottle necked up so bad…

Unfortunately I don’t believe it differentiates between faction until you are actually on a server so that’s probably the problem.
It does sound like a poor situation to be in though. Need more Horde to transfer off I guess but that unfortunately doesn’t help you much

You were told, repeatedly, that this was going to happen. You chose to stay knowing full well that once layering was gone you would have queues.
Take the transfer, re roll, or suck it up.

There is no transfer for Alliance… You dont even know what your talking about… reroll? you reroll if you got nothing better to do then sit around on your but and lvl all day, thats not the case for me… I just want to Xfer… read much?

Pretty sure there was a chance to transfer when they first started free transfers. It was not faction specific then.

I am talking about how so many people told all the “layering is killing wow” crew that they do not actually want layering gone because it would cause hours of ques and lag and people unable to quest or farm due to things being over camped.

I mean, it was a zero win situation. Queues suck but I’m also the type who is fine with them. I found more issues with layering and probably my biggest moment of “I’m so glad this crap is going away soon” was when Alliance tried to raid Orgrimmar and we had them held off. Then another Alliance guild straight up layered in behind us in one of the NPC houses then just poured out behind us.
For what it’s worth, it HAD to be gone with World Bosses specifically. They have no lockout period because they respawn anywhere from 3 to 7 days at random from their last death and drop really good gear. Namely Puissant Cape from Azuregos which is BiS until AQ40 at least. Not quite sure off the top of my head if it beats the Skeram cloak or not but it comes very close to the Firemaw cape which is just raw AP.
I must admit I’ve never seen so many alliance packed in both Stormwind and Ironforge at the same time. It was insane. Now I can believe that figure of 44 different alliance guilds on this server fully cleared all raid content making this server amongst if not the most competitive progressed server for alliance in all of classic.
