Purchased transmog set is gone. Still marked as purchased

Anyone else had it happen today?
Logged in and all my mogged pieces into the Celestial set are gone, and set is no longer available in my collection.

From seeing other people complaining about this, many say this has been a bug for over a year now, and many have submitted many bug reports and/or support tickets, without any fixes.

You may want to post in a bug forum thread instead of here in GD, and perhaps open a ticket.

New Celestial Mog disappeared

There’s a known and acknowledged bug where store transmogs will spontaneously disappear from your collection and then reappear later. This support article talks about the cosmetic helmet store transmogs, which were the first items to display these symptoms, but it seems the problem is applicable to any transmog that doesn’t come from within the game itself (store, Recruit-a-Friend, etc.)
