Purchased mount gone missing

I’m having the same problem specifically with the Alabaster mounts. I purchased them in Aug of 19. I see the Thunderwing in my mount list, but do not see the Stormtalon. If I switch over to my Alliance alt, I see the Stormtalon but not the Thunderwing. I currently have the filter set to collected and unusable so I shoulld be able to see both but I don’t. The store shows that I didn’t purchase but records say I did. Then if I go to Warcraft Mounts website, it shows I own the Thunderwing but don’t own the Stormtalon.
What is going on with this pair?

This is more then likely a display issue id try a full UI reset and please be mindful of the dates this is from 2019.

The Alabaster Thunderwing and Alabaster Stormtalon are essentially the same mount. The Alliance has Stormtalon and the Horde has Thunderwing.

You wouldn’t see Thunderwing on your Alliance characters because that isn’t the Alliance version of the mount or vice versa.

I understand what you are saying; however, even if that is the case, I can still see my Alliance mounts that I’ve collected under my Horde character but I do not have access to use it. That I can understand, but even in the Blizzard Store, it shows I never purchased, but I did.
It seems to be more of a glitch than anything else.

I’m not sure why the shop page is showing you this - unless you’re signed into a different Blizzard account while looking at the shop.

From our side of things, we can see your successful shop order from August 8th 2019. We can also see both the Alabaster Stormtalon and Alabaster Thunderwing in your World of Warcraft mount collection.

I would make sure you have your collection filters set correctly.

  • Make sure Unusable is checked to see cross faction mounts
  • Make sure under “Sources” that you have “In-game Shop” checked off to see mounts from the store.

I purchased the mounts awhile back and they show up in game, but the store from the blizzard launcher does not have a checkmark on it showing i purchased it. All the others i have purchased do have a check mark. Not hurting anything, but FYI i am seeing part of the issue described above.

I just purchased this mount but I do not see it listed in my mount listing. I can’t seem to find it to use.

You have access to the Alabaster Stormwing on the character you are posting on. If you go on a Horde character, you will see the Horde version. It shows up in your collection on here. Make sure all filters are properly checked in your collections.

Also, please don’t necro four year old posts. LOTS of things have changed in the last four years, it’s always best to post a new one.

The same advice as above would also apply to your case. The mount shows in your collection here on the website.

Check your filter settings in game in the mount journal.

Okay so not the mount that this thread was referencing. So let’s see what we can find about the mount you are referencing.

What does it show in your Transaction History here on the website? Does it show as Pending or Complete?

Try logging out of the game and launcher and doing fresh logins. Also, ensure all the filter settings are checked for your mount journal (as I posted above).

If after that is done and the mount is still not showing, then you can submit a ticket to have Blizzard check what could have happened.

And make sure that, if you’re writing the mount’s name, you type it properly.

It’s not Traded, but Trader’s.

And this is why you should always make your own thread going forward. This thread was about a completely different mount.

Do you have more than one Battlenet.net account? Ie, you can log in with more than one email? If so, is it possible you bought it for the wrong account?
