I purchased a faction transfer from horde to alliance void elf. It’s been 6 hours now and when I go to log into the character the Legion screen comes up and the loading bar goes to 100% but never actually logs into the character. i submitted a ticket and the GM said it shows I can log in but I really cant. I’ve tried the move character options and that doesn’t work either. I am so disappointed. I missed my raid because of this. I’ve also done at least a hundred of these in the past with no issues ever. I really hope this can be resolved.
Open a purchase failure ticket or reopen the old one.

ok so someone told me to switch from Windowed (Fullscreen) to just Windowed and that allowed me to log in. I really hope this doesn’t mean I’m stuck playing like this from now on
