I purchased the Epic Edition Upgrade didnt get my mount or my char boost! I have a recepit and email verification.
The Everwyrm is showing in your profile collection, so it is probably just taking some time for the transaction to finalize. It should complete within 24 hours.
I also see this post as 4h old which means it was moved from a different forum-- has it showed up between then and now?

Have you fully logged out of & then back into the game and launcher since you made your purchase?

From what I can see, Anklebite, you purchased the Shadowlands Heroic Complete Collection in September of 2020. That would have included a Level boost along with the Ensorcelled Everwyrm.
The upgrade to Epic only adds the other rewards that weren’t included already, including the Anima Wyrmling, the Eternal Traveler’s Hearthstone Toy and 30 days of Game Time and Wraithchill Illusion.
All of that appears to be part of your collection.
