Purchased a SoD Character Transfer but not working? Stuck at Step #2

Hello! I clicked the “Shop” button in Season of Discovery and purchased a Character Transfer.

I’m able to select my level 21 rogue on Wild Growth just fine for step #1.
However in Step #2 there’s a box that says “Destination Realm”, and nothing I put in there works.

I would like to use my paid transfer purchased from SoD’s shop to go to Lava Lash, or Chaos Bolt if that’s not an option. Or be refunded to bnet balance if these char transfers are on the SoD shop by mistake.

I would say it was a mistake based on the Shop page details and the support article.

  • Season of Discovery transfers are not possible to or from any realm of any kind.

You can put in for a Refund via the ticket system.
