I purchased a character transfer. payment went through on my end, but the option to initiate the transfer is not loading on the character screen. Ticket #87808980

It may just be processing the purchase in the back end, sometimes it can take 24 hours to complete even if the bank show money held. Does account management show a status of your purchase?

So I figured out that I accidentally purchased it on my Girlfriend’s account when the website loaded. When it forced me out of game onto the web, it was logged into her account from purchasing the game and subscription for her computer. So it didn’t register onto my account at all. Will probably just have to buy another.

You can also request a refund on the transfer for your girlfriends account.
